Privacy commitment
Your privacy comes first
Remember to Breathe works without accounts, invasive tracking, or personal data collection. This page explains what we measure, why we measure it, and how to reach us.
What we collect (and what we do not)
The app is focused on quick relaxation, so the only data we gather is high-level usage that helps us improve the experience.
-
No accounts or logins
Launch a breathing session immediately. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any authentication details.
-
Minimal analytics only
Google Analytics 4 runs with privacy-conscious defaults to reveal general trends such as popular techniques and device types.
-
Everything runs in your browser
Breathing visuals, timers, and language settings execute locally so your personal data stays on your device.
Local storage usage
Preferences stay on your device and disappear when you clear your browser data.
- Language preference
- Stored in localStorage as "breathing-app-language" so the app opens in your preferred language.
- Session state
- Breathing sessions run entirely in memory. We do not persist your technique selections or history.
