Short inhale and longer exhale through pursed lips to slow and steady your breathing.

Best for: Helpful when feeling short of breath or anxious.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Inhale 2s

    Inhale gently through your nose for 2 seconds.

  2. Step 2: Exhale 4s

    Exhale through pursed lips for 4 seconds.
