Pursed-Lip Breathing (2/4)

Short inhale and longer exhale through pursed lips to slow and steady your breathing.

Best for: Helpful when feeling short of breath or anxious.

Timing (approx. 1 min session)

  1. Inhale: Inhale gently through your nose for 2 seconds.
  2. Exhale: Exhale through pursed lips for 4 seconds.

  • Slows breath rate
  • Improves exhale control
  • Can reduce breathlessness

Tip: If you feel light-headed, pause and return to regular breathing. Sessions work best when shoulders stay relaxed and exhales are slow and steady.
