Alternate Nostril Breathing

Alternating inhale and exhale through each nostril to support balance and steady rhythm.

Best for: Balance and centering before mindful work.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Inhale (Right) 5s

    Inhale through the right nostril for 5 seconds.

  2. Step 2: Exhale (Left) 5s

    Exhale through the left nostril for 5 seconds.

  3. Step 3: Inhale (Left) 5s

    Inhale through the left nostril for 5 seconds.

  4. Step 4: Exhale (Right) 5s

    Exhale through the right nostril for 5 seconds.
