Alternate Nostril Breathing

Alternating inhale and exhale through each nostril to support balance and steady rhythm.

Best for: Balance and centering before mindful work.

Timing (approx. 3 min session)

  1. Inhale (Right): Inhale through the right nostril for 5 seconds.
  2. Exhale (Left): Exhale through the left nostril for 5 seconds.
  3. Inhale (Left): Inhale through the left nostril for 5 seconds.
  4. Exhale (Right): Exhale through the right nostril for 5 seconds.

  • Can support calm focus

Tip: If you feel light-headed, pause and return to regular breathing. Sessions work best when shoulders stay relaxed and exhales are slow and steady.
