Alternating inhale and exhale through each nostril to support balance and steady rhythm.
Timing (approx. 3 min session)
- Inhale (Right): Inhale through the right nostril for 5 seconds.
- Exhale (Left): Exhale through the left nostril for 5 seconds.
- Inhale (Left): Inhale through the left nostril for 5 seconds.
- Exhale (Right): Exhale through the right nostril for 5 seconds.
